Believe it or not, Morgan began his acting career on soap operas like Another World.

Morgan Freeman Personal Life
Perhaps most surprising of all to acting fans worldwide is that Morgan declined a scholarship from Jackson State University. Instead he chose to pursue a career in the military, specifically the United States Airforce, where he served for 4 years.
Upon graduating Airman 1st Class, he moved to the West Coast where he took dance classes in San Francisco and acting classes at the Pasadena Playhouse.
While his acting career has seemingly blossomed without any upper ceiling, Freeman’s relationships have not been bestowed with as much luck. He has divorced both his former spouses, Jeanette Adair Bradshaw in 1979 and Myrna Colley Lee in 2010.
