Comment on Why Is Michael Burry Investing In Water? by Beadybonce https://investormint.com/investing/michael-burry-water#comment-728 Mon, 29 Jan 2018 09:30:00 +0000 https://investormint.com/?p=5019#comment-728 There is a serious water crisis in Cape Town, south Africa. The day zero for the city running out of water in April 10th. The Eastern Cape also has severe water problems now with much sanitation not fit for purpose. Cape Town will be implementing stand pipes in April and using the military to distribute water. This is for real. No joke. Eastern Cape news water for mining etc – the knock on effect of no water is staggering.

I wouldnt call them a “robo” advisor though really. They are real humans investing in index funds primarily , and its not left up to the computer as far as I know. Vanguard is a company built around the investors best interest too.

Comment on SoFi Wealth Management vs. Wealthfront: Which Robo-Advisor Is Better? by George Windsor https://investormint.com/investing/robo-advisors/sofi-wealth-management-vs-wealthfront#comment-388 Sun, 22 Oct 2017 03:42:00 +0000 https://investormint.com/?p=1285#comment-388 In reply to sirjonk.

SoFi Wealth Management is comparatively new so we would encourage you to connect directly with SoFi to ask for precise historical performance results. In general, most robo-advisors rely on Modern Portfolio Theory to build client portfolios, so returns are designed generally to track financial markets based on client risk profiles – as opposed to generate alpha which is the goal of most hedge funds.

Comment on Why Retiring Baby Boomers Are A Big Deal by Leandro Mueller https://investormint.com/investing/why-retiring-baby-boomers-is-a-big-deal#comment-185 Wed, 12 Jul 2017 07:51:00 +0000 https://investormint.com/?p=2510#comment-185 Soon a wave of Boomer retirees will be upon us. For them, time is of the essence to prepare for their nearing retirement. Use that time to gather all the options available that will help strengthen their future. In freemedsuppquotes.com/boomer-health-tips, it is highly suggested that Boomers should improve their health literacy. With more than 77 million people all across the country recorded to have poor health literacy skills (as documented by the National Assessment of Adult Literacy), the incapability to search, interpret, and use health information and resources can lead to financial, health, and even emotional problems. When addressing retirement health and wealth concerns, make sure to consider Medicare Supplement Plans and LTC Insurance. These two insurance solutions cater to boomer needs, efficiently allowing retirees to live life to the fullest during the twilight years.
